Welcome to the P.A.T.H. - The Piers Anthony Thread! This site is dedicated to the fans of the great author, Piers Anthony. We, the managers of P.A.T.H. have created this site to offer a comprehensive collection of resources pertaining to Piers Anthony, one of the most celebrated of Contemporary American Science Fiction/Fantasy writers. As a renowned writer, Anthony has written over 113 books that have entertained readers throughout the world. Our hope is to provide helpful resources for all Piers Anthony's fans, other Science fiction and Fantasy followers, K-12 students, teachers and scholars alike.
All persons are welcome to visit this site, and enjoy the work that has gone into the site. A word of warning: This site is really verbose. We are more words than pictures. There are a couple of reasons for that. After playing with JavaScript to create an APPLET, we found out that no all our members and visitors can handle Java, neither they can't handle too many pictures. Also, we are using a big font type so people with sight problems can read easily the information in our pages and using the ALT features (Under Construction) to describe our pictures. There is still a lot to do to improve our site, so we welcome feedback from all of you. Feel free to send your comments to marisol@ piersthread.com. I hope that you like the new changes.
Enjoy your visit!!!!

This site happens because the inspiration and help of several people. The design and some of the sections of the site came about from a school project that I participate in Fall 1999 at The Department of Information Studies at UCLA. Thanks to Elaine Braddock for helping me to choose the background, arrow and horizontal line that is the template of the site. Thanks Brian Brown for gathering most of the information for the Useful Links and Alternative Writers page, and thanks to Esther Han for gathering the information for the Bio page.
Most importantly, this site will never had happened without the inspiration and vision of Sean Gibson, the founder of PATH mailing list. He also designed the image that greet visitors at PATH. Thanks all of you! MR-L.
